Bees are not only busy honey producers, but also indispensable pollinators of plants. They help maintain biodiversity and enable the production of many of the foods we enjoy every day.
Given the large role bees play, it is important to pay attention to their conservation and the protection of their habitats. Each of us can make a contribution by growing bee-friendly crops in our gardens, avoiding pesticides and supporting the preservation of bee-friendly habitats.
