Shipping within the USA

We ship our orders standard ground shipping in the USA best way via Fedex, UPS or USPS:

  • Flat rate of $5.95 for  on orders up to $25
  • Flat rate of $6.95 on orders from $25 to $39
  • Standard Shipping on orders over $39 in the US is free!
  • Expedited Shipping

    Where do we ship?

    troikaus.com ships to all US addresses including PO Boxes and US Military addresses, Canada, Mexico and over 80 other Territories and countries. If when placing an order your country or territory does not show as an option we do not ship there. Major countries we do not ship to are: Russia, Ukraine and Iran

    Are there other charges for orders outside the USA?

    Orders shipping outside the USA will show duties, taxes and shipping upon checkout. By collecting these charges at the time of purchase your package will move more efficiently and it will prevent delays when your package reaches its destination country. For many countries you will be able to check out in your own currency.

    Do you charge GST/HST to Canadian customers?

    Yes(see question above) GST/HST and applicable duties are added automatically to Canadian orders based on your location.


    When will I get it? Delivery Time & Tracking

    We provide a tracking number on all our shipments. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday except Holidays) from receipt of order. Delivery times on standard shipping within the USA are generally 2-7 business days. Priority shipping within the USA is generally 2-3 business days. International shipping can range from 1-4 weeks based on type of service as well as the destination.

    What happens when an item is out of stock?

    We will be notify you in case there are any out of stock items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and will offer you a new delivery date, an exchange or full refund based on your preference. We do not charge a handling fee.

    How do you handle returns?

    We accept returns from USA orders with non customized merchandise. Details and requirements below.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you have received and we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of order receipt. Please email info@brandnode.com with the product and quantity and we will email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please make sure to include your RA(return authorization) number on your package, that will allow us to process your refund or exchange faster. Please note that all products need to be in original packaging and in sell-able condition. Exchanges and refunds on merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.

    All sales of customized merchandise and all sales to countries and territories outside the USA are final. 

    What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept secure payments by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and accept all credit cards. Additional payment options maybe available depending on the country you are located in.

    Can I pay in Installments?

    Yes you can. Troikaus.com offers Shop Pay a solution trusted by millions of shoppers which allows you to pay in installments. (Please note Shop Pay is a third party and will have to approve your payment)

    Will you contact me?

    We may contact you if there is a question regarding your order. We will use the email address and/or telephone number you provide us with when placing your order. We do not share your data with any 3rd parties unless it is necessary to fulfill your order such as USPS and FedEx.
