Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you have received and we will be happy to refund your purchase within 30 days of order receipt. Please email email us with the product and quantity and we will email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Please make sure to include your RA(return authorization) number on your package, that will allow us to process your refund or exchange faster.

Please note that all products need to be in original packaging and in sell-able condition.

Exchanges and refunds on merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that all sales to countries and territories outside the USA and all sales of customized merchandise are final.
